Who we are and how to reach us
ABSIR Intelligence is the controller of the information you submit through this website. You can contact us about this policy or your information using the details on our Contact page, including by phone or WhatsApp on +966 55 137 5305.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to submit through our contact and challenge forms: your name, email address, inquiry category and message, and optional details such as phone number, company or organization, sector, type of challenge, solution of interest, current workflow, existing hardware or software, desired outcome, timeline and budget range. We also record the date and time of your submission, the website language you used and, for the challenge form, which page it was sent from.
We also process basic technical information (such as IP address) for a short time, in memory only, to protect the forms against abuse. It is not stored with your inquiry.
Why we collect it
We use your submission only to respond to your inquiry, assess whether ABSIR can help, and continue the conversation you started. We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and on our interest in responding to requests addressed to us. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How it is stored and who receives it
Each inquiry is stored in a managed, access-controlled database and is visible only to authorized ABSIR administrators through a password- and multi-factor-protected dashboard. A notification containing your inquiry is sent by a transactional email service to ABSIR's business mailbox so the team can reply.
These hosting, database and email providers process the information on our behalf and may operate servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We don't share your inquiry with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Security
The website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to stored inquiries requires administrator authentication, and the forms use validation, rate limiting and anti-spam checks. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting discussions — normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you — and then delete it, unless the law requires a longer period.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy first. The site may remember small display preferences (for example, that the intro animation was already shown) in your browser's session storage; this never leaves your device. A strictly necessary security cookie is used only when an ABSIR administrator signs in to the private dashboard.
Sensitive information
Please don't submit confidential, classified, sensitive personal or patent-sensitive technical information through the website. Submissions are never published or shown as examples without permission.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop using it by withdrawing your consent. Contact us through the channels on our Contact page and include your inquiry reference number if you have it. If you believe your information has been mishandled, you may also contact the competent data-protection authority in Saudi Arabia.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website and our services evolve. The date above shows the latest revision.
